Nowhere, <xsl:script> is not valid for XSL-T 1.0. Unfortunately
everything about XSL-T 1.1 is only a (withdrawn) draft.
There might be some xsl-t processort that have proprietary extension,
e.g. msxml.
sorry, but you've lost. paste the date as a parameter to the stylesheet.
