[xsl] Has this bug of MSXML3 fixed?

Hi,

I reported a bug of a MSXML3 in March, and got the following reply 
(thanks Andy).

Has this bug of MSXML3 (also SP1) fixed?
I wish IE6 and Windows XP to be shipped with a bugfixed version of 
MSXML3.
