you seem to be asking the same question every five minutes.
There is no such syntax as URI:name if by that you mean any syntax
that has a URI before the colon. URI:name is just an _example_ of
prefix:name where the prefix is the three letters URI.
and please don't quote whole messages, and never quote whole digests.
