There are some things that can be changed to help a bit.  The new MSXML
releases do not support the old namespace at all, so people will *have*
to use the new one without going on in blissful ignorance that they are
polluting the XSLT universe.  Also, when the MSXML4 release goes live,
some sample documents on MSDN will be updated, since people often
copy-paste from these examples and do not realize they had the old
namespace.  These will be fixed due to some reports from Julian Reschke.
We will try to find other old samples that might be confusing people and
fix them; but if anyone finds others, I would appreciate reports as
well.

Of course, Wendell has a point that it is not possible to go back in
time and un-print books and CDs that have been released.
