Keyword xsl:call-template may not be used here.

This code presents me with an error when I try to view transform my xml
source using this stylesheet:

<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform";
version="1.0">
	<xsl:template match="*">
		<html>
			<body>
			<xsl:element name="img">
				<xsl:attribute
name="src">http://aiur/XML_Files/TreeView/open.gif</xsl:attribute>
			</xsl:element>
			<xsl:element name="A">
				<xsl:value-of select="name()" />
			</xsl:element>

			<TABLE>
				<xsl:for-each select="./*">
					<TR><TD>
					<xsl:element name="img">
						<xsl:attribute
name="src">http://aiur/XML_Files/TreeView/open.gif</xsl:attribute>
					</xsl:element>
					<xsl:element name="A">
						<xsl:value-of
select="name()" />
					</xsl:element>
					</TD></TR>
				</xsl:for-each>
			</TABLE>
			<xsl:call-template name="MyTest" />
			</body>
		</html>
	</xsl:template>
	<xsl:template name="">
		<xsl:element name="a">Test</xsl:element>
	</xsl:template>
</xsl:stylesheet>

Error message: Keyword xsl:call-template may not be used here. I have seen
instances of this type of template calling. What am I missing? Thanks in
advance.
