order of UNIONs

Hello,

is it possible to influence the order of a node-set UNION like the following
one:

<xsl:variable name="test" select="group[21]|group[22]|group[1]|group[2]"/>

For the further processing the order '21', '22', '1', '2' is important, so I
want the <group>s in this order and not in document-order (I get '1', '2',
'21', '22'). Another possibility would be using a RTF, but is it possible
without RTF?

Joerg
