Hi Michael,

You pretty much have it, but do you need to generate XML each time? For
example you could cache the XML result to be the source for both (multiple)
transformations.  You might want to check out cocoon. It is made for these
kind of publishing needs. If you need personlized XML content on each
request check out cocoon's handling of XSP. For me Cocoon is overly complex,
but then again I can pregenerate most of my sites.
