RE: Converting Strict XHTML + CSS with XSLT

This seems to come up every once and a while around here.  We have a
possible requirement for at least a minimal representation of a CSS in XML.
We don't have any requirements to go the opposite way.

If we do this, it will likely be as generalized nodes with CSS specific
attributes and no real embedded CSS semantics.  It would be nice to have a
more robust implementation with CSS specific nodes and corresponding schema
enforced restrictions on attributes but we won't have time for that.  If you
do run into any such implementations I'd love to hear about them...
