Alex,
Attributes within an element must be uniquely named, so the document
containing such an element is not well-formed XML. That means the
ill-formed XML cannot be parsed. That error occurs before the XSLT
processor gets a crack at the document. Fix the XML file.
And please use the Subject line when posting!
