jd.xslt (http://www.aztecrider.com/xslt/) supports JavaScript extensions
via the xsl:script instruction of the now outdated XSLT 1.1 working draft.
The supported xsl:script languages are Javascript, JScript, Java, VBScript,
JPython, Jacl, PerlScript, NetRexx, BML.

I am trying to compile a complete list of XSLT processors that support
JavaScript extensions. So far I only have
1) Xalan
2) MSXML
Are there others?
