dhttpd

Minimal secure webserver without cgi-bin support

No nonsense webserser. No external programs, memory efficient, quick
and no configuration necessary.

Notes:
  1. /var/www is hardwired into the sources. It cannot be changed from
     command line
  2. The directory MUST contain index.html or you get 404

  cygwin

Build instructions:
  unpack dhttpd-*-src.tar.bz2
    if you use setup to install this src package, it will be
    unpacked under /usr/src automatically
  cd /usr/src
  ./dhttpd*.sh all
