Enhanced replacement for cat

Program writes the contents of each given file, URL or standard input
to standard output. It currently supports file, http and raw URLs. It
is designed as a compatible, but enhanced replacement for cat.

Build instructions:
  unpack dog-*-src.tar.bz2
    if you use setup to install this src package, it will be
    unpacked under /usr/src automatically
  cd /usr/src
  ./dog*.sh all
