libsmi

The core of the libsmi distribution is a library that allows management
applications to access SMI MIB module definitions. On top of this library, there
are tools to check, analyze dump, convert, and compare MIB definitions. Finally,
the distribution contains a steadily maintained and revised archive of all IETF
and IANA maintained standard MIB and PIB modules.

Build instructions:
  unpack libsmi-<Pack-Ver>-<Cyg-Rel>-src.tar.xz
    if you use setup to install this src package, it will be
 unpacked under /usr/src automatically
  cd /usr/src
  cygport libsmi.cygport all

This will create:
  /usr/src/libsmi-<Pack-Ver>-<Cyg-Rel>-src.tar.xz
  /usr/src/libsmi-<Pack-Ver>-<Cyg-Rel>.tar.xz
  /usr/src/libsmi-debuginfo-<Pack-Ver>-<Cyg-Rel>.tar.xz
  /usr/src/libsmi<abi>-<Pack-Ver>-<Cyg-Rel>.tar.xz
  /usr/src/libsmi-devel-<Pack-Ver>-<Cyg-Rel>.tar.xz

Or use 'cygport libsmi.cygport prep' to get a patched
source directory

To find out the files included in the binary distribution, you can
use "cygcheck -l libsmi libsmi-debuginfo libsmi<abi> libsmi-devel", or browse 
the listing for the appropriate version at <http://cygwin.com/packages/>.
