Build instructions:

  unpack suite3270-3.3.15ga9-1-src.tar.bz2
    if you use setup to install this src package, it will be
	 unpacked under /usr/src automatically
  cd /usr/src
  ./pr3287-3.3.15ga9-1.sh all

This will create:
  /usr/src/pr3287-3.3.15ga9-1.tar.bz2

This is just a rebuild of 3.3.4p7-1 with all prefix's set to /usr
and rebuilt in Cygwin 1.7

This is actually 3.3.4p6.  There is no 07 patch for pr3287.  But to keep
consistent with the naming of the packages for suite3270 I'm making this
the 3.3.4p7 version.
This release has a number of fixes and new features.  Unfortinately the
one really cool feature (DBCS support) can't be enabled because I haven't
finished porting ICU to Cygwin yet.
