The following address types are currently not available in socat for Cygwin:

  abstract-*
  fips
  interface
  sctp*
  tun

fips may be available in Cygwin in the not-too-distant future; the rest probably
won't be.  socat -V summarizes which address types are and aren't available.
socat -h provides details for all of the available address types.
