   5   IWAMURO Motonori's work on cygstart.

   7 * This package doesn't really DO anything with the configure results.
   8   If certain libraries aren't found, then some programs shouldn't be
   9   built. Ditto certain functions.  But right now, everything that is
  10   needed is checked for in configure, but no adjustments are made
  11   to accomodate those results -- make will just fail.  This is surely
  12   not the right way to do things.
