        * aclocal.m4: New file, cached macros.
        * bootstrap.sh: New file, calls required autotools in appropriate
        order.
        * Makefile.am: New file, input Makefile for automake.
        * Makefile,in: Now a generated file - regenerate.
        * configure: Regenerate.
        * configure.in: Add automake support.
        * inilex.l: Change VERSION to PACKAGEVERSION to avoid a collision with
        automake's VERSION define.
        * iniparse.y: Ditto.
