- Reply-to: The Cygwin Mailing List <cygwin at cygwin dot com>
This release is built against the new test release of Python
2.6. Don't install this version unless you're using Python 2.6.
I was not able to run the Python test suite due to a python error in
the test suite driver. I have not had a chance to look at it yet. I
also do not use the Subversion Python bindings, so they have not
been tested. Please report any problems to the Cygwin list and I'll
investigate as much as I can.
CYGWIN NEWS:
============
One test fails while using the serf HTTP library. Please switch to
neon if you encounter problems with serf. The maintainer uses serf
without problems for daily use.
NEWS:
=====
See CHANGES (URL below) for more information about the differences
between 1.6.11 and previous Subversion releases.
IMPORTANT: This release will silently upgrade your Subversion
working copies to the 1.6 format, rendering them unusable with
previous major versions of Subversion.
Please see the release notes

for more details about the changes in Subversion.
See
