Updated: stunnel 5.07-2

A new version of stunnel, 5.07-2, is available in the Cygwin distribution.
This is a new upstream release, with minor improvements and bug fixes.

Note for x86_64 only:

Cygwin release 5.07-1 was briefly available, for x86_64 only. That release
was the same as 5.07-2, except that it included a false dependency on the
cygwin-devel package. So, if you installed stunnel 5.07-1, you got
cygwin-devel too, and you may want to uninstall it now. Sorry about that.
I'm not sure how it happened, but it's fixed now.

stunnel is a program that allows you to encrypt arbitrary TCP connections
inside TLS (Transport Layer Security, formerly known as Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL)). stunnel can allow you to secure non-TLS-aware daemons and
protocols (like POP, IMAP, LDAP, etc) by having stunnel provide the
encryption, requiring no changes to the daemon's code.
