Re: V4a win32 macro

stock cygwin doesn't have /lib/cpp i've noticed. so i created a symlink.


$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-5.0 EDWARD 1.1.8(0.34/3/2) 2001-01-31 10:08 i686 unknown
$ ls -ld /lib/cpp
lrwxrwxrwx   1 edward   None           25 Mar  4 02:57 /lib/cpp ->
