RE: setup.exe (from CVS) reporting Download Incomplete, Try Again?

Some additional information:

I tried again with the official setup.exe from the web site,
and it doesn't have this "Download Incomplete" problem.

However, both versions seem to have a problem installing sources
using Install From Local Directory. I had to select Install From
Internet in order to download Source, or I get errors.

The official setup.exe reports:
"Can't open (null) for reading: No such file"

My CVS version reports:
 "Can't open file://file://C:\cygwin_packages\/http%3a%2f%2f...
 for reading: No such file"

I don't know why "file://" is repeated twice--that's probably
related to the bug.

I repeated this with at least the following source packages:
 cygwin, sh-utils, gzip, grep

Again, sorry if this has already been reported.
