Yes, I think -3 is ready to upload; there's no need to futz with it
any more. Just let 'er rip.
Even if patches were needed, I still think that complicating the script
to support something like "prep"/"prep2" would be way better that hiding
1k of "real" patches into 500k of "automatic" patches. People would have
an hard time knowing what actually needs to be patched and what is
automatically done relibtoolizing.
I would upload this as is.
