Description
===========
OTcl, short for MIT Object Tcl, is an extension to Tcl/Tk for 
object-oriented programming.


Changes from original ITP
=========================
1) Ripped out broken Makefile.in build system and replaced with automake 
files.

2) Ripped out useless tests for X headers and libraries (they weren't 
being included nor linked to).

3) Ripped out useless SHM stuff... again, SHM was neither being included 
nor linked to.

4) Modernized autoconf usage.

5) Ripped out hand-crufted code for shared libraries and replaced it 
with libtoolized build.

6) Added --with-tcl-srcdir parameter used to point to tcl/generic 
directory in Tcl sources.  (tcltk-20030901-1-src package is required for 
building).

7) In contact with upstream people.  They are interested in the 
automake/libtool changes and are evaulating what I have done.


Remember, the goal here is to get TclCL, then NS (the network simulator) 
working and packaged for Cygwin.
