Indeed, but that's a packaging bug.
Because of an oversight of our Cygwin maintainer, there actually were
no image links included in lilypond-doc-2.2.0-1, and that's probably
why Chris demanded these files to be moved again.
However, I must request Bertalan to correct that (ie, add the missing
image links) for 2.2.0-2 (or possibly 2.2.1-1, whichever comes first).

Yes, they would be, if there were/as long as there are no images for
the LilyPond info pages.
