Forward port of my three remaining patches (against SVN as of about a
week ago, but I expect no merge issues).

patch-cygport-0.9.3/cygport-custom-cmds.patch
patch-cygport-0.9.3/cygport-cvs-topdir.patch
patch-cygport-0.9.3/cygport-postinst-hook.patch

Also attached the same forward port against the 0.4x branch SVN as of
about a week ago:

patch-cygport-0.4.2/cygport-cvs-topdir.patch
patch-cygport-0.4.2/cygport-postinst-hook.patch

The "relocatable" stuff is still...pending or abandoned; I haven't
decided whether it is worth pursuing.
