[ITA] dash

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

I'd like to provide dash as a cygwin package (it built out of the box, and
I needed it to investigate a portability problem reported against
autoconf). In some respects, dash is faster than bash, but for now, I'm
happy keeping /bin/sh as bash (not dash), in particular since most
autoconf scripts will favor bash over dash until dash implements LINENO
support.

# setup for dash
sdesc: "dash shell"
ldesc: "DASH is a POSIX-compliant implementation of /bin/sh that aims
to be as small as possible. It does this without sacrificing speed
where possible. In fact, it is significantly faster than bash (the GNU
Bourne-Again SHell) for most tasks."
