Ah, memories. Having to spend weeks begging the InstallShield "expert" to
take time from his busy schedule to produce the highly useful "full.exe".
Anyway, since Cygwin is GPLed, and the GPL is supposedly a viral
license, maybe we should just call it cygwinvirus.exe.
