Nope.  Sign and drink, or don't sign and don't drink.

Of course you can have your sip without signing, but in this case the
trivial drink rule applies (no more than 10 sips).  Otherwise, without
signing Red Hat can't accept your drinking and it would just be a common
booze-up.
