Hey, a *real* difference, at last!
Hey, I just had a great idea. Let's build a version with some kinda trivial
phone-home in, then push it out to the mirrors, then replace the cygwin.com
version with a clean one but match the timestamps. That'd really put the wind
up the paranoids!
