Starting web site updates

Do not try to push it, harold :-)
I cannot have tra-balls ready before weekend.  I had been fixing some left
over bugs in
X11R6.5.1 libraries (under /xc/lib) so hold your breath, send me your final
patches
with International Keyboard support.  I will have sources and binary
tar-balls ready over the weekend.  Update URL after tar-balls are uploaded.

Do the tarballs. Wait fort hem to appear on rcn.net,

Then and only then update the web pages.
