B20: Make utility problem

While running MAKE on cygwin32 B20 I am getting this exception from time
to time. Looks like it does not affet make operation, since build
continues OK
after I close error dialog.
MAKE caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0137:bff72927.
