Re: Cygwin32: Catastrophic fail - unable to Create pinfo_mutex

We get this "Catastrophic fail - unable to Create pinfo_mutex"
error message in bash B18 from time to time, when first invoking
bash from the NT commandline.

It seems to have no ill effect, and goes away after we
reboot. Has anyone determined why it occurs?
