Your webset offered some insite, to the problem.
I needed to mount the d drive to substitute the d:
in the PATH variable.
cd c:/
mkdir d
mount d:\ /d
This solved all of the path problems.
Also changing MAKE_MODE=UNIX
to MAKE_MODE
solved all of the case problems.
