Invalid page fault from cpp under Win 98

I was able to compile my source code once, the next time I tried, without
changing any source code I got this error (This is the enire error):

CPP caused an invalid page fault in
module CYGWIN1.DLL at 015f:61019c92.

I looked through the cygwin FAQ's and searched the mail archives and ran
across a letter entitled "Re: Invalid Page Fault from cpp, cc, as, &
collect". This letter was focused on Windows 95. At the end of the letter
you suggest to the writer to download the latest cygwin1.dll and to get the
latest USB patches.

The following is my information, hopefully you will be able to help me out of
this jam.

Windows 98 version: 4.10.1998
Cygwin1.dll Version: Cygwin_98-4.10 JJUREK 20.1(0.3.1/1) 1998-12-3
20:39:18 i586 unknown
File System: Fat32

Do I have the latest Cygwin1.dll? Do I need the USB patches? If so, where
can I find both items. This version of Cygwin1.dll was downloaded from a
mirror site.
