Hey, wonderful! This is easy to solve: Just read the README!
It contains some surprising facts...

No problem here.

Don't use 1.1.1, please update to 1.1.2 since 1.1.1 has a
small but nifty binmode/textmode bug ;-)

This is the 1.1.1 problem.

Might be that all three systems don't have to use WinNT security?!?
