sshd as a service

hi,

i'm trying to run sshd using cygwin. i'm having trouble getting sshd to
run as a service under win2000. i can get it to run on the command
line(connections accepted but won't start a shell.) i used the binary
from sergy and the coolview patch. i created the directories: /etc,
/home, /etc and set the CYGWIN=ttl environment var. i created a user
"root" with "run as server", "act as part of OS", "increase quotas", and
"replace a process level token" rights, but i receive the following error
when trying to start the sshd service:

----------------------------------------------

Event Type:	Error
Event Source:	Service Control Manager
Event Category:	None
Event ID:	7023
Date: 7/12/2000
Time: 2:32:23 PM
User: N/A
Computer:	BLACKWOOD
Description:
The Secure Shell Daemon service terminated with the following error:
Overlapped I/O operation is in progress.

-----------------------------------------------------

i used "invoker.exe" to register sshd as a service.

any help would be appreciated,
-jon
