MKS sh

I'm not sure if anyone has any info on this or not so I apologize in advance for
the off topic.

I'm in the middle of evaluating Cygwin and MKS.

Until recently (about 10 minutes ago), I've been able to reproduce a problem
with MKS sh and Ctrl-C (in which it actually kills the shell). Has anyone had
similar problems with MKS sh?

If anyone knows the general internals of keyboards, NT, or whatever, can they
venture to guess why MKS sh might have such a bug and whether the same bug can
manifest itself in Cygwin sh?

Thanks,
Noel
