McAfee has not prevented me from running cygwin setup under W98, but NAV has
prevented it under W95C, while NAV5 doesn't interfere under W2K. Intel's
antivirus software doesn't get along with their own software delivery
formats under W2K; I didn't think it worth the effort to try .gz.
