GCC 2.95.2-xx still has the old config.guess, which guesses the host
to be i[3-6]x86-pc-cygwin32, *not* i[3-6]x86-pc-cygwin, which is why
you're having the problem. Next release will not have this problem.
Just specify --target to be i686-pc-cygwin.
