The thread specific omniORB stuff compiles without any errors with the
latest snapshot :-)
However, I still cannot build the whole thing. I used a linux makefile with
some modifications for testing, but this is not enough. I still have to
tweak some other makefiles and sources.
BTW, it's called "omniORB", not "miniORB". The whole Win32 distribution
(sources + binaries) is 28 MB in size, so "miniORB" would be a bit
