RE: Shell CAPS-lock settings

I'm typing this on a Dell Inspiron 8000 running Windows XP and my caps
lock works fine. Though I'm afraid this isn't TERRIBLY helpful, my
primary suggestion would be to get rid of ME ASAP and get 2K, XP, DOS
6.2, PC-DOS, Win 95, 98, 3.1, ANYTHING but ME.

Barring that, however, does the problem ONLY manifest itself in Cygwin,
or is it a problem in other Windows apps as well?

Subject: RE: Shell CAPS-lock settings

On my computer (Dell Inspiron 8100, WIn ME), the Caps Lock also shifts
the other punctuation keys incorrectly: "," become "<', ";" becomes ":",
"[" becomes "{", etc. Does anyone have a fix yet, or any new info?
