wrong df output..

Hello all,

I just installed cygwin on a fresh win98 SE box (wanted telnet access & have
it) and checked the free disk space on the machine. The output is below,
you'll see the problem easily:

-- BEGIN OUTPUT --
$ df
Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
C:\cygwin\bin          2096160   1448608    647552  70% /usr/bin
C:\cygwin\lib          2096160   1448608    647552  70% /usr/lib
C:\cygwin              2096160   1448608    647552  70% /
c:                     2096160   1448608    647552  70% /cygdrive/c
d:                     2096832         0   2096832   0% /cygdrive/d

$ chkdsk

CHKDSK n'a pas vrifi s'il y avait des erreurs sur ce lecteur.
Vous devez utiliser SCANDISK pour dtecter et
 rparer les erreurs sur ce lecteur.

Volume DEVZONE cr 22/12/2000 17:51
Le numro de srie du volume est 1CED-1859

   10 351 760 kilo-octets d'espace disque total
    6 274 104 kilo-octets libres

        8 192 octets dans chaque unit d'allocation
    1 293 970 units d'allocation sur le disque
      784 263 units d'allocation disponibles sur le disque

      655 360 octets de mmoire totale
      580 512 octets libres

Au lieu d'utiliser CHKDSK, essayez la commande SCANDISK. SCANDISK peut
dtecter et corriger un plus grand ventail de problmes de disque.

--- END OUTPUT ---
As you can see, df and chkdsk don't agree.
For me, it's not a problem, but it might be for other folks (no idea) so I
thought I'd bring it to your attention :)

Greetz!

Ronald
