Backup and reinstallation of cygwin

- Subject: Backup and reinstallation of cygwin
I've backed up an installation of cygwin by copying the download folder and
all of its files to cd. I was wondering how I could reinstall cygwin with
the options I had enabled with the previous installation without having to
redownload everything. I'm on dial up so it took a long time first time
around.
