Cygwin license compliance

Greetings list,

A brief question about free use of cygwin in a commercial environment.

If I should direct this question elsewhere, I'll be grateful to learn
where. I've searched the web and the FAQs but have not found a
specific answer to this specific question. I've also telephoned the
commercial inquiry phone number listed on the Red Hat cygwin-related
website, but my calls were not returned.

I am distributing a bash script to my cutomers and asking them to
install cygwin themselves in order to run it. I would naturally
expect that to be acceptable. However, to assist them, I am also
providing an "AutoIt" script that automates the cygwin download and
installation process for them. My interpretation is that this does
not constitute "distribution", but I'd like a more authoritative
answer.

Your response will be gratefully received.

Best regards,
E. Westbrook
