Sorry, I didn't mean to be criticizing *you*.  Or, anyone really.

I'm just so very very tired of this subject.  It never seems to go away.

I think that's correct.  I've now inserted the "I'm very tired of this subject"
into the thread, so I think "standard Cygwin package" comes next...
