/dev/null [Was: xargs still nok?]

here is some output of my personal Cygwin installation:
$ ls /dev
ls: /dev: No such file or directory

It seems that the entire /dev directory is missing. And yes: I have installed Cygwin with the regular setup program. Maybe, you have to select a specific package in order to get /dev/null.

It might be interesting to know what you have to do in order to get /dev.
