Starting cygwin processess at reduced priority?

- Subject: Starting cygwin processess at reduced priority?
I tried the naive approach of running copy
of cmd.exe to get "start /belownormal" but
that didn't work and isn't realy what I want
anyway. It would be better to have a way to
just start a CygWin job in reduced priority.
I am betting this is just ignorance on my
part -- there is a command right?
