access_violation with ssh

Hi,

New to cygwin. Trying to install rsync with open ssh using the
cwRsync package from http://www.itefix.no/cwrsync/

I'm having some problems with installing it on a Windows 2003 virtual
private server

Both ssh, and sshd give this access_violation error, and during the
install process, the ssh-keygen also gives a stackdump

this is the ssh-keygen.exe.stackdump that occurs during installation
of cwRsync server

Exception: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION at eip=00407FC0

I see that there were reports of ssh/sshd giving similar problems in
2001 - but they were fixed.

I've installed the same package on real 2003 servers with no problems
- except in one the sshd service won't stay up.
