crosstool-0.43 & cygwin 1.5.23


I found that the build works on my single ? cpu machine and on my dual-core
the build breaks in odd ways.? So I updated the cygwin installation set the
parent bash shell to CPU 0.? The odd errors went away but I get the
following error.
