  However, just to be generically useful, I will point out anyway that the
most absolutely reliable and guaranteed way to run two parallel toolchains is
by building from source and using an independent --prefix= setting each.  You
then just need to start a shell and put whichever ${prefix}/bin directory you
prefer first in the path, and that toolchain will take preference over
everything else.
